Proposal to appoint KPMG Accountants as external auditor for 2026, 2027 and 2028
Bunnik, the Netherlands, 12 December 2024 - The Supervisory Board of Royal BAM Group nv will recommend the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 8 May 2025 to appoint KPMG Accountants N.V. as external auditor for the financial years 2026, 2027 and 2028.
This recommendation follows EU audit legislation, which sets out a maximum audit firm engagement period of ten years. BAM’s current auditor, Ernst & Young Accountants B.V., will remain external auditor for the financial year 2025.
The Supervisory Board and Executive Board are grateful to Ernst & Young Accountants and its partners and staff for their engagement since 2016.
