Share buyback programme 2024

On 3 May 2024, BAM has announced the Group will buy back up to 7,216,389 ordinary shares to offset for the dilution effect due to the issue of stock dividend. In addition, the programme will also include the share buyback of approximately €30 million, as announced on 15 February 2024.

The share buyback is executed under terms of an engagement letter with a third party and upon the specific authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting of 10 April 2024. The programme is executed in compliance with the safe harbor provisions for share repurchases. Accordingly, transactions may continue to be carried out during closed periods. The programme will also be executed in compliance with applicable rules and regulations, including the Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The programme will have a maximum end date of 31 December 2024.
