Dividend
BAM has a dividend policy to distribute a dividend reflecting between 30 and 50 per cent of the net result for the year. When deciding upon the dividend, the Company considers the balance sheet structure supporting the strategic agenda.

Dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP)
ABN AMRO is responsible for executing the dividend payment on behalf of Royal BAM Group nv and offers shareholders the option to participate in a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP). By participating in this plan, shareholders can reinvest their net dividend into shares of BAM. Further information regarding the DRIP will be made available by ABN AMRO to all financial intermediaries. It will be shareholders' own choice and responsibility to participate in the DRIP.
