Appointment Finance Director at BAM Belgium
Bunnik, the Netherlands, 9 September 2015 – The Executive Board of BAM.be nv (BAM Belgium) has appointed Diane Zygas as Finance Director of BAM Belgium with effect from 14 September 2015. As off this date Mrs Zygas will be a member of BAM Belgium’s Executive Board as well.
Diane Zygas is currently Chief Business Development at Befimmo, a listed company specialized in offering office buildings mainly located in Brussels, other Belgian towns and cities and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
From 14 September 2015 the Management Committee of BAM Belgium consists of Marc Peeters (Managing Director), Paul Depreter (Director Human Resources and Legal), Mark Beyst (Commercial Director) and Diane Zygas (Finance Director). The Committee is pleased about this appointment, which will bring a next step in creating one BAM Belgium.
BAM Belgium unites the activities of BAM Contractors (former Betonac and CEI-De Meyer), Interbuild, Kaïros, Galère, Immo Bam, BAM Track, BAM Asphalt, BAM FM, BAM Maintenance, BAM Mat and BAM Technics.
