First Paris Proof renovated homes delivered in Houten (in the Netherlands)

The Paris Proof renovation of 69 homes in Houten has been completed. The properties, which originally had an average energy label of D, have been upgraded to at least label A+++, with the aim of becoming CO2-neutral. For the residents, this means low energy consumption and increased living comfort. It is the first time that an institutional investor has renovated rental homes from the 1980s on this scale to meet Paris Proof standards. The ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund, the residential property fund of a.s.r. real estate, will continue to focus on reducing material-related emissions in future Paris Proof renovations.
