BAM Wonen plans to build 48 sustainable homes on the Wisselaar in Oosterhout. On the former site of the Wahl car garage, there will be 26 wooden Flow homes for sale and 22 flats for social rent.
The 26 homes will be built using Flow, BAM's innovative wooden housing concept. This concept stands for sustainable, circular and affordable homes. The homes will be manufactured off-site in BAM's own factory. The use of bio-based materials reduces the ecological footprint. Also thanks to the sustainable production process. Because the homes are produced in the factory, there are fewer traffic movements and the construction time is shorter than for a traditional home. In addition, the houses offer future residents a pleasant and comfortable living environment with lower maintenance costs and energy costs due to the simple installations and good insulation.
