Together with future residents, BPD | Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling, the municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg and BAM Wonen celebrated last week as the first pile was driven into the ground at Vlietvoorde Plas in the Netherlands. This marks the start of the first phase of the overall Vlietvoorde development.
Vlietvoorde Plas is the initial stage of the Vlietvoorde project, where construction has now begun. This phase will feature 20 spacious apartments and 12 waterfront villas, each with its own mooring. As the name suggests, these homes are located by a large lake. They offer uninterrupted views of the water and surrounding nature. Completion is expected in spring 2027.
