In Oud-Beijerland, we’ve taken a major step towards realising Stougjeswijk: a new neighbourhood with nearly 2,500 homes. The signing of the cooperation agreement marks the beginning of an ambitious plan that includes a mix of housing types, green spaces and local amenities. A neighbourhood that offers not just homes, but real prospects.

First pile driven for De Buitenkans in Hoef en Haag
Construction begins on De Buitenkans in Hoef en Haag, a charming expansion of the village with 54 new homes. No formal signing here, but a literal first act - the start of construction - that symbolises progress. The homes have been thoughtfully designed with attention to architecture and living comfort, perfectly aligned with the village character of Hoef en Haag.
