The issuance of NLG 750,000.- of new shares increased the capital of BAM to NLG 3 million. At present, BAM has over 269 million shares outstanding and the total market capitalisation at year-end 2023 was more than €650 million.

Ruud Joosten: ‘Our listing supports our aim to create meaningful growth in value to our clients, to create development opportunities for our employees, and to generate attractive returns for our shareholders, while actively contributing to more sustainable and inclusive communities and society.’
