Agreement to sell BAM Infra Funderingstechnieken to Gebr. Van ‘t Hek
Bunnik, the Netherlands, 16 December 2024 – Royal BAM Group nv has reached an agreement on the intended sale of the activities of BAM Infra Funderingstechnieken to Gebr. Van ‘t Hek. BAM Infra Funderingstechnieken, an activity of BAM Infra in the Netherlands, provides piling and foundation services with approximately 35 employees and annual revenue of more than €12 million. Financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.
The transaction is in line with BAM’s strategy for 2024-2026 ’Building a sustainable tomorrow’, based on Focus, Transform and Expand, with sustainability and people as key drivers.
The transaction is subject to the positive advice of the works council.
