Bunnik, the Netherlands, 23 October 2024 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed Viviane Regout as executive director of BAM Residential, effective 1 December 2024. In this position, she will be responsible for BAM Wonen, area developer AM and the Homestudios experience centre, forming together BAM Residential. She will also join the management team of Royal BAM Group's Netherlands division. In her new position, Viviane Regout will succeed Mario Broos, who will leave BAM after almost forty years at the end of 2024 of service to take early retirement.
Viviane Regout has been CEO of Lister Buildings for the past three years. This company focuses on investing in, developing and managing real estate. Previously, she worked for more than ten years at housing corporation Ymere, including as director of portfolio renewal. Earlier, Viviane Regout held various management positions at Heilijgers and Kristal among others. In addition, she is a member of the partner council of the MCD (Master City Developer) programme and was a board member of NEPROM and the Spring Agreement (collaboration between Bouwend Nederland, IVBN, NEPROM and the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations for making new buildings more energy efficient). She studied architecture at Delft University of Technology.
