Invesis appoints David Swarbrick as Chief Investment Officer

David Swarbrick, Chief Investment Officer. 

24 February 2023 - Invesis has promoted David Swarbrick to the newly created role of Chief Investment Officer, with effect of 1 April 2023. 

David Swarbrick joined Invesis in November 2020 as Managing Director responsible for the leadership and development of its’ UK and Ireland business unit, and to explore opportunities to achieve growth aspirations in new markets. In his new position David will join CEO Chris Williams as a member of the Management Board. He will play an important leadership role in the origination of all new investment opportunities, PPP/P3, Core+ and M&A activities, with the goal of further establishing Invesis as an industry-leading sustainable investor developer of Infrastructure assets globally. 

Prior to Invesis, David Swarbrick has over 20 years’ experience in the public-private partnerships market, including roles in the UK National Health Service, a social housing provider, and with Balfour Beatty Investments as their UK and Ireland Managing Director.
