Royal BAM Group nv announces equity offering of up to 24,152,491 ordinary shares

BAM has introduced an innovative plug-and-play compact substation that can contribute to the urgently needed reinforcement of the electricity grid in two ways: as a component in the expansion of the medium-voltage network and as a distribution substation transforming medium voltage into low voltage.

Royal BAM Group nv has repurchased 343,429 of its own shares in the period from 29 June 2026 up to and including 3 July 2026 at an average price of €12.24.

BAM and Rabobank have formed an integrated project team for the redevelopment of the Matser site adjacent to Rabobank’s headquarters in Utrecht.
