Management change AM
Bunnik, Netherlands, 20 November 2009 - The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv announces that Mr P.G.A. Noordanus, chairman of the management of AM Vastgoedontwikkeling, and Mr. R.D.L. van Steeg, director of AM Vastgoedontwikkeling, have expressed the wish to leave the company with effect from year-end 2009.
Further to discussions about the earlier announced intention to merge AM and BAM Vastgoed, the conclusion has been reached that a smaller top structure would be preferable. Therefore, Mr Noordanus (61) considers it wise to step down the moment the new company starts. Mr Van Steeg (53) is also of this opinion.
