Interbuild wins renovation contract of 157 million euros
Bunnik, the Netherlands, 10 March 2004 – Interbuild, a Belgian operating company of Royal BAM Group, has been awarded the contract for the renovation of the ‘Financial’ tower (‘Tour de Finance’) in Brussels.
This building – which at the moment houses the financing department of the federal civil service – will be drastically modernised and extended. Client is Financietoren nv, which is part of the development company Breevast B.V. Also included in the contract is the complete removal and disposal of asbestos termination. The contract value amounts to €157 million. The renovation will start in January 2005. The project will be completed in June 2008.
