HBG takes court decision to appeal
Rijswijk, the Netherlands – HBG, Hollandsche Beton Groep nv, has decided to commence appeal proceedings in the Supreme Court of the Netherlands against the Decision by the Enterprise Section of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal on 19 September 2001.
HBG believes it to be erroneous for the Enterprise Section to have ordered a new investigation. HBG also believes the Court was wrong in refusing the request to lift the injunction on the joint venture between HBG and Ballast Nedam.
