Reigersman to step down
Bunnik, 13 May 2003 - Royal BAM Group announces that Mr C.J.A. Reigersman has let it be known that he wishes to step down as vice-chairman and retire from the Executive Board on 31 July 2003.
Mr Reigersman (57) has worked for HBG, Hollandsche Beton Groep nv, in various capacities since 1 October 1974. On 15 July 2000, he was appointed president of the HBG Board of Management, to which he gave energetic and conscientious leadership during a period of extremely difficult circumstances. He was appointed to his present post on the takeover of HBG by Royal BAM Group on 14 November 2002.
Now that the HBG organisation has been embedded in the Royal BAM Group structure and a successful start has been made with the process of integration Mr Reigersman sees his primary task as having been completed.
The Royal BAM Group Supervisory Board has accepted Mr Reigersman’s resignation with regret. The Supervisory Board is deeply indebted to Mr Reigersman for the contribution he has made to the integration of HBG into Royal BAM Group.
