BAM lands second major letting at Solihull’s FORE inside three days
BAM Properties, part of the UK development, design and construction company, has made its second major letting inside a few days at the Solihull business park, FORE.
Assisted by agents CBRE, BAM has let the first floor of FORE 2 – 10,484 sq ft – to eTech, a rapidly expanding provider of hand held survey applications. The lease runs for ten years at a rent of £21 per sq ft. eTech will be relocating from its current premises in neighbouring Blythe Valley Business Park.
Last week, BAM let the whole of FORE 1 – around 26,500 sq ft – to UTC Aerospace Systems at the same rate.
The ground floor beneath eTech was taken on commercial terms last year by BAM’s construction and facilities management companies, displaying a confidence in its own products that is being matched by the market. Last year BAM let the whole of the top floor at FORE2 to worldwide steelwork supplier, Arcelor Mittal.
