The Supervisory Board of Royal BAM Group nv will nominate Paul Hamer for appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 7 May 2026 for a period of four years. This nomination is related to the vacancy that will arise as Paul Sheffield reaches the end of his term and resigns. BAM’s Central Works Council supports the nomination.
Paul Hamer, a British citizen and engineer, has over 30 years of executive-level experience in the construction, infrastructure, consultancy, and energy sectors. He served for 7 years as CEO of Sir Robert McAlpine, the UK family-owned construction business, and also as CEO at the listed engineering consultancy company WYG Plc. Currently, he is a senior advisor at Collinson Grant and Chair of the Supervisory Board of F1rst Phase and The 12 Foundation.
