BAM completes share buy-back programme

Bunnik, the Netherlands – Royal BAM Group nv has completed its current share buyback programme for 7,216,389 ordinary shares as confirmed on 3 May 2024 to offset for the dilution effect due to the issue of stock dividend, and for the additional share buyback of approximately €30 million, as announced on 15 February 2024.

In the period from 4 November 2024 up to and including 8 November 2024 709,238 shares were repurchased at an average price of €4.28 per share for a total consideration of €3.0 million. 

In total, during the period from 3 May 2024 up to and including 8 November 14,623,371 shares were repurchased at an average price of €4.00 per share for a total consideration of €58.4 million.
