Composition Executive Board: intention to nominate Ruud Joosten for reappointment

Ruud Joosten was appointed to the Executive Board as CEO on 1 September 2020 for an initial term of approximately four years which will end at the close of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 10 April 2024. The Supervisory Board intends to nominate Mr Joosten for reappointment by the AGM on 10 April 2024 for a further period of four years, subject to the central works council’s statutory consultation rights.

Henk Rottinghuis, chairman of the Supervisory Board: ‘The Supervisory Board concluded that Ruud Joosten has performed very strongly in his role as CEO and has improved the performance of BAM, based on the successful implementation of the strategy ‘Building a sustainable tomorrow’ and the further de-risking of the company. Based on his performance we have invited him to develop the strategy for the next strategic period 2024-2026. We are keen to keep him on board for another term to take this forward. We value his inspirational leadership style and his abilities to drive our sustainability priorities.
