Bunnik, the Netherlands, 2 December 2015 – Autobahndirektion Südbayern (ABDSB) has selected the BAM, Eiffage and Berger Bau consortium as the successful bidder for the Availability Model A94 Forstinning-Marktl in Germany. The total project volume is around €1.1 billion.
The project will involve the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the Availability Model A94 which comprises 33 km of greenfield motorway construction with four lanes including hard shoulder between Pastetten and Heldenstein. In addition to the construction of the new motorway the contract also includes the maintenance and the operation of the 77 km long motorway section of the A94 between Forstinning and Marktl over the 30 years project period.
Financial close is expected to be reached in January 2016.
