Construction new Wetsus building starts
(News Wetsus, centre of excellence for sustainable water technology:) Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, 3 October 2013 - In Leeuwarden, at the WaterCampus, the construction of the new Wetsus building has started. The City of Leeuwarden is the commissioning party.
With a special ceremony, created around a work of art, Alderman Deinum, the Wetsus Executive Board and the director of BAM, the construction company, marked the special moment. They ‘blessed’ the ground around the building, together with a group of school children. The building will be ready in October 2014.
