Management appointment at BAM Civiel
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 11 May 2011 –The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group intends to appoint Mr B.J. Wierenga with effect from 1 June 2011 as chairman of the management of BAM Civiel bv. Jan Wierenga (53) is currently director BAM Utiliteitsbouw bv.
Mr Wierenga will succeed Mr P.G.F. Staps, who has expressed the wish to pursue a self-employed career.
With effect from 1 June 2011 the management of BAM Civiel will therefore consist of Mr B.J. Wierenga, chairman, Mr H.M.E. te Duits and Mr W.R. Remmelts.
As of the same date the management of BAM Utiliteitsbouw will consist of Mr H.W.J. Bol, chairman, and Mr J.J. Kempkens.
