Publication annual results 2010 at 3 March 2011

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 2 March 2011 -  Royal BAM Group nv will publish its annual results 2010 – as previously announced – on Thursday 3 March 2011 at approximately 7.30 CET. The company warns that today an unknown third party has sent out a fake press release (in the Dutch language) at approximately 14.30 CET, which can be recognized by the dateline of 2 March 2011. This so-called press release contains incorrect and totally unjustified financial information.
