Management appointments at BAM PPP and Royal BAM Group
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 25 October 2011 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group intends to appoint Mr A.J. Kroezen with effect from 1 December 2011 as director of BAM PPP bv. Albert-Jan Kroezen (48) is currently director Finance of Royal BAM Group nv.
Mr Kroezen will succeed Mr H. Duncan, who retires as of 1 April 2012.
With effect from 1 April 2012 the management of BAM PPP will therefore consist of Mr R. Fielder, chairman, Mr A.J. Kroezen and Mr K. Meade.
The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group intends also to appoint Mr T.W. Muntinga with effect from 1 December 2011 as director Controlling of Royal BAM Group nv. Taco Muntinga (45) is currently director of AM Real Estate Development.
With effect from 1 December 2011 the management of AM Real Estate Development will therefore consist of Mr M. Verwoert, chairman, Mr B.C. Kuil and Mr F.P. Trip.
