Composition Executive Board Royal BAM Group
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 20 May 2010 - The Supervisory Board of Royal BAM Group nv announces that Mr J.A.P. van Oosten will hand over the chairmanship of the Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv to Mr N.J. de Vries on 1 October 2010. Joop van Oosten will retire as per 31 March 2011 (at the age of 63) after a career with the Group which has spanned thirty-five years.
Nico de Vries (58) has been employed by Royal BAM Group since 1977. He has been appointed member of the Executive Board in 1998 and vice-chairman in 2007.
With effect from 1 April 2011 the Executive Board will consist of Mr N.J. de Vries (chairman), Mr M.J. Rogers FCIOB, FICE, Mr J. Ruis (CFO) and Mr R.P. van Wingerden MBA
