Composition BAM Supervisory Board
Bunnik, Netherlands, 18 March 2010 - The Supervisory Board of Royal BAM Group nv wishes to announce that Mr R.J.N. Abrahamsen and Mr W. van Vonno will step down as members of the Supervisory Board of the company following the annual general meeting on 21 April 2010, due to the expiry of the term of their appointments.
Mr Abrahamsen has stated that he will not be seeking re-appointment.
If the General Meeting of Shareholders does not put forward any recommendations, the Supervisory Board intends to nominate Mr Van Vonno for re-appointment to the Supervisory Board for a period of four years by the annual general meeting.
For this re-appointment is the enhanced right of recommendation, according article 2:158 (6) of the Dutch Civil Code, of the central works council of the company applicable.
