BAM International awarded contract for office tower in Jakarta
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 31 August 2009 - PT BAM Decorient Indonesia, a subsidiary of BAM International (Royal BAM Group’s operating company active outside Europe), has been awarded the contract to build an office tower for PT Tempo Realty in Jakarta. The contract value is €12 million. BAM Decorient will start with the construction on 1 September 2009 and will complete this project in the beginning of 2011.
The building consists of four stories basement for parking and 32 storeys office space. BAM Decorient is responsible for the structural and architectural work, including façade. Half of the office space will accommodate the headquarters of the pharmaceutical company Tempo Scan. The 'A' class office tower is situated in a prime business district, the so called Golden Triangle of Jakarta.
