Composition management BAM Civiel
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 19 May 2009 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed Mr P.G.F Staps chairman of the management of BAM Civiel bv with effect from 1 June 2009. Erik Staps (42) is succeeding Mr W.G. Remmelts, who will remain as a director of BAM Civiel.
The Executive Board is expecting that this new division of roles will provide an extra impetus to BAM Civiel to assist in improving margins.
Also with effect from 1 June 2009 Mr C.A. van 't Hoog will step down as a director because he is approaching the official retirement age. Mr Van 't Hoog will continue his duties as an advisor to the management of BAM Civiel until end 2009.
From 1 June 2009 the management of BAM Civiel will consist of Mr P.G.F Staps, chairman, Mr H.M.E. te Duits and Mr W.R. Remmelts.
