Management BAM Materieel

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 3 April 2009 - Mr J.W. Carton will resign as director of BAM Materieel to take early retirement with effect from 1 July 2009. He will also step down as director of BAM Grondtechniek. Mr Carton has been employed by the Group, with interruptions, for 36 years. The Executive Board is very grateful to him for his contribution to the success and development of the Group.
