Future management composition AM

Bunnik, Netherlands, 1 December 2009 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed Mr R. Vollebregt (chairman), Mr A. Bolks, Mr P. Esveld, Mr G. Loorbach and Mr H. de Pater (finance) as directors of AM Vastgoedontwikkeling bv with effect from 1 January 2010 (following the intended merger of AM and BAM Vastgoed).
