Appointments at BAM Deutschland
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 26 October 2009 - The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed Mr A. Naujoks managing director (Vorstandsvorsitzender) of BAM Deutschland with effect from 1 January 2010.
Alexander Naujoks (57) is part of the management of BAM Deutschland since 1999. Mr Naujoks is succeeding Prof. F. Berner, who at his own request, for personal reasons and in full harmony with the Executive Board is stepping down with effect from the same date. The Executive Board is very grateful to Prof. Berner for his important contribution to the formation of successful non-residential building company of the Group in Germany.
The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv intends to appoint Dr.-Ing. M. Koch director (Vorstandsmitglied) of BAM Deutschland with effect from the same date. Markus Koch (39) is currently managing the department Investor projects of BAM Deutschland.
From 1 January 2010 the management of BAM Deutschland will consist of Mr A. Naujoks, Mr A. Häberle, Mr M. Hager and Mr M. Koch.
