BAM is informing investors about press release AM
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 31 January 2008 - Royal BAM Group nv announces that AM nv (in which BAM holds an interest of 51%) has published a press release today, informing that AM has acquired property developer City Projects in Brussels, Belgium.

As known, property developer AM operates independently and with its own identity at arm's length from BAM.
Royal BAM Group is expecting that the acquisition will not materially affect the results of BAM.
