Management appointment BAM Woningbouw
Bunnik, Netherlands, 2 May 2007 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group intends to appoint Mr P.M.L. Born director of BAM Woningbouw bv with effect from 1 July 2007. Paul Born (45) is currently director of the Utrecht region of BAM Utiliteitsbouw bv.
The appointment will be effective as soon as the advice of the employee council of BAM Woningbouw has been received.
From 1 July 2007 the management of BAM Woningbouw will consist of R.P. van Wingerden (chairman), D.J. Boonstra, P.M.L. Born and M.J.S.A. Broos.
Mr D.J. Boonstra will step down as director of BAM Woningbouw due to his retirement as per 1 January 2008.
