Management appointments in the United Kingdom
Bunnik, Netherlands, 14 February 2007 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed new management at the British operating companies HBG UK Ltd and Edmund Nuttall Ltd. These appointments follow the proposed appointment of Mr P.B. Brooks, currently Chief Executive of Nuttall and Executive Chairman of HBG UK, to the Executive Board with effect from 8 May 2007.
At Nuttall the Executive Board will appoint Mr M.J. Rogers, MCIOB as Chief Executive with effect from 1 April 2007. Martin Rogers (51) is currently managing director of HBG UK.
Also Mr S.C. Fox, BSc (Hons), CEng, MICE will be appointed director of Nuttall with effect from the same date. Steve Fox (44) is currently operations director South East.
From 1 April 2007 the management of Edmund Nuttall Ltd will consist of M.J. Rogers, D.K. Belsham, S.C. Fox and R. Treadgold.
At HBG UK the Executive Board will appoint with effect from 1 March 2007 Mr R. Bailey, MSc, MCIOB, Mr J.R. Burke, FRICS and Mr G. Cash, BA, RIBA director of HBG UK.
Richard Bailey (50) is currently regional director Western of HBG Construction.
John Burke (53) is currently director of HBG Properties, the property development subsidiary of HBG UK.
Graham Cash (53) is currently regional director South East of HBG Construction.
From 1 March 2007 the management of HBG UK Ltd will consist of R.A. Gregory (Chief Executive), R. Bailey, J.R. Burke and G. Cash.
