US BAM-subsidiary Flatiron sold to Hochtief
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 6 December 2007 - The sale of the US operating company Flatiron by Royal BAM Group nv to Hochtief AG (as announced 25 September last) has been officially closed today.
BAM has consolidated Flatiron's turnover and results up to the end of the third quarter of 2007. As published, BAM will realise a book profit of approximately €70 million on the sale of Flatiron.
