Management appointments at BAM Wegen
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 7 December 2007 - The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed Mr W. Konings chairman of the management of BAM Wegen bv at Utrecht with immediate effect. Wim Konings (55) is the successor of B.J. Wierenga, who has accepted a position elsewhere. Mr Konings was already director of BAM Wegen.
Also the Executive Board has appointed Mr J.P.G. Ramler director of BAM Wegen with effect from 1 January 2008. Hans Ramler (49) is currently director of Multiconsult bv at Culemborg, the engineering consultancy of the civil engineering companies of Royal BAM Group.
As of 1 January 2008 the management of BAM Wegen consists of Mr W. Konings and Mr J.P.G. Ramler.
Royal BAM Group has already decided to merge the sister companies Multiconsult bv and Delta Marine Consultants bv with effect from 1 January 2008. The management of this new joint company BAM Infraconsult bv (to be established) will consist of Mr J.P.G. Ramler, chairman, and the current director of DMC, Prof. A.Q.C. van der Horst. Further announcements about the successor of Mr Ramler will follow in due course.
