Liverpool city centre project
HBG Construction has started work on the Mann Island development in Liverpool city centre. The clients are property developers Neptune Developments and Countryside Properties.
The project - with a value of 130 million euros - includes cafes and restaurants, shops, exhibition space, 376 apartments and 13,000 m2 of high quality office space.
The first apartments will be ready for occupation in early 2009 and will offer stunning views of Liverpool's famous port area. Full completion is expected in late 2010.
