Appointment

Bunnik, Netherlands, 27 June 2006 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed Mr K-J. Klap, currently member of the management of Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG in Frankfurt am Main, director of HBG Deutschland GmbH with effect from 1 July 2006. This subsidiary offers legal, fiscal and financial services to BAM’s operating companies in Germany. Mr Klap succeeds Mr G. Tucheler.
