Composition management Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau
Bunnik, Netherlands, 2 March 2006 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has decided to reduce the management (Vorstand) of Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau from three to two board members. Therefore the contract of Dipl.-Ing. D. Bormann will not be renewed.
Mr Bormann will step down from the Vorstand of Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau and in the next months he will complete several current projects.
The management of Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau consists of Dipl.-Ing. G. Vater and Dipl.-Kfm. D. Bennies.
