Royal BAM Group in negotiations about acquisition AM Wonen and AM Grondbedrijf
Bunnik, Netherlands 30 September 2005 – Royal BAM Group nv confirms negotiations with AM nv about the acquisition by Royal BAM Group, together with a financial party, of AM Wonen and AM Grondbedrijf (Residential and Land Development).
Acquisition of the residential development activities of AM fits the strategy of Royal BAM Group to strengthen the property development activities of the Group.
In this stage Royal BAM Group will not make further announcements.
