Appointments at BAM Vastgoed, BAM Woningbouw and BAM Utiliteitsbouw

The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed J.H. Vaags, director of BAM Vastgoed bv. Ton Vaags (44) has been employed by BAM since 1996 and is currently director of BAM Woningbouw. He succeeds R. de Jong, who has expressed the wish to accept a position outside the Group as of 1 September 2005.

The management of BAM Vastgoed will consist of J.H.A. Vaags (chairman), H. Bree and R. Vollebregt.

R.P. van Wingerden has been appointed director of BAM Woningbouw bv. Rob van Wingerden (44) has been employed by BAM since 1988 and is currently director of BAM Utiliteitsbouw.

The management of BAM Woningbouw will consist of R.P. van Wingerden (chairman), D.J. Boonstra and M.J.S.A. Broos.

J.J. Kempkens has been appointed director of BAM Utiliteitsbouw bv. Jan Kempkens (43) has been employed by BAM since 1986 and is currently director of the business unit Grote Projecten (Large Projects) of BAM Utiliteitsbouw.

The management of BAM Utiliteitsbouw will consist of H.W.J. Bol (chairman) and J.J. Kempkens.

The management of BAM Utiliteitsbouw Grote Projecten, currently consisting of J.J. Kempkens and J.A.C. Vink, will be continued by Jan Vink.

The appointments will be effective as soon as the employee councils of the operating companies concerned have given their advice.
