Pavilion Centre phase II proceeds
12 April 2005 – Rohcon Ltd and Sandreed Technologies have commenced work on phase II of the Pavilion Centre in Dun Laoghaire. This is an extension to the existing development, comprising retail, residential accommodation and associated car parking, on the site of the former Shell filling station at Marine Road.
In addition to a gross retail area of 2,137 square metres, the development will include 19 two and three bedroom apartment units. The overall building will be 6 stories over ground with a 7th floor penthouse apartment.
Architects are Scott Tallon and Walker and the development is due for completion in July 2006.
