Appointments at Tebodin and BAM Civiel
Bunnik, Netherlands, 25 April 2005 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed P.L.C.A. Koolen RA, currently director of BAM Civiel bv in Gouda, director of Tebodin bv, Consultants & Engineers in The Hague. This appointment will take effect from 1 June 2005. Pieter Koolen (49) succeeds N.J. Bos at Tebodin, who has left the company.
As of 1 June 2005 the management of Tebodin will consist of H.J. Hegger (chairman), P.L.C.A. Koolen and A.M. van der Velden.
The Executive Board has appointed C.A. van 't Hoog director of BAM Civiel with effect from 1 June 2005. Cor van ’t Hoog (57) is currently director of the business unit Projects of BAM Civiel.
As of 1 June 2005 the management of BAM Civiel will consist of W.R. Remmelts (chairman) and C.A. van ’t Hoog.
The management of BAM Civiel has appointed Harry Kruizenga (54) director of the business unit Projects. As of 1 July 2005 the management of BAM Civiel Projects will consist of R.J.P. van Riel, J. van Bendegom and H. Kruizenga.
