Shopping in Dundee
In October 2003, HBG Properties acquired Wellgate Shopping Centre in Dundee, Scotland, for eighty million euros in order to redevelop it. The 25 year old shopping centre is currently undergoing a complete renovation, carried out by HBG Construction.
Part of the shopping centre is now the territory of project manager Steve Coyne and his team. Wellgate comprises fifty shops spread across three storeys and is visited each week by 200,000 shoppers. www.wellgate.co.uk
