Office building in Leeds
HBG Construction has been awarded a contract worth in excess of thirty million euros for client Centre Town Securities, for the enabling and completion of an office building with 12,000 m2 of lettable space. The new building, Whitehall Riverside, is located in the centre of Leeds.
The office will be built over eight floors with underground car park and roof top plant room. Floors are air conditioned and fully fitted out, offering a large open plan layout.
The elevations consist of unitised, storey height glazing units fixed without the aid of external scaffolding. The semi-unitised glazing system without scaffold is at the forefront of fixing techniques.
Completion is due in March 2006.
