Stylish architecture at Stuttgart's Schlossplatz
Eighteen months from now, an impressive shopping and office centre – the Königsbau-Passagen – will be in place alongside the historic Königsbau on the Schlossplatz in Stuttgart. Nine storeys will frame a light-flooded atrium in the centre of the structure and thus create an impressive interior.
Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau in Stuttgart won the order, worth 54.2 million euros, from a project company of HSH Nordbank Hamburg. Its sister companies Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau and Müller-Altvatter are also involved in the building project.
