Old Berlin high-rise apartments renovated
Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau, BAM’s German general construction company, has started work on renovating the StresemannHaus apartment complex in Berlin.
Two sixteen-storey towers are being completely stripped and joined together to produce a complex of 140 apartments. The project, which also involves the construction of a new ten storey wing, is due for completion in the autumn of 2005.
