Mega shopping centre near Leipzig

The retail space is being increased threefold to 200,000 m². The new rectangular centre measures 350 by 130 metres and will be on two levels. In addition to shops and department stores, the centre will also house leisure facilities, such as a multiplex cinema. The project is scheduled for completion in October 2006. The contract value is eighty million euros.
